Lakshmi and Karuna settle down to discuss. Bala and Anand interrogate them for being awake despite working all night since Meera came to seek for food. Karuna and Lakshmi aren't worn out or anxious since they finally have a job. They worked with higher caste for the first time without feeling strange. Lakshmi developed fresh methods for crushing spices. These spices were shipped, says Karuna.
When Bhim Rao departs for work, Rama offers him lunch and inquires about how he would feel after taking another seat. Bhim Rao queries why she is asking and doesn't know. Rama questions if it is their responsibility that the individuals occupying those chairs were unable to recognise them. Because the governor views them as being human, Bhim Rao accuses the populace.
As Bhim Rao started to go, he turned around and told Rama that he would always be the same. Rama appreciates his assurances and will record them in the journal. Bhim Rao adjourns.
Shoba arrives home and informs Deepak that he would be travelling to visit Bhim Rao sitting in his chair. Shoba wonders whether Deepak has to study in order to get a spot for himself as well. Deepak wants to see that reality because it would inspire him. Shoba wishes that Deepak might emulate Bhim Rao.
On his way to the workplace to get retribution, the Sethji pauses for tea.
The men at the tea shop accuse Sethji of humiliating everyone by employing Bhim Rao.
When Sethji entered the office, Bhim Rao welcomed him, and Sethji questioned him about using the seat. Sethji is greeted by the manager and made to seat. Sethji requests some tea from the manager. The manager says while he does this that his sole value is in pouring tea and that he has no business making choices. Bhim Rao poses queries. The management claims that this caste disparity is only subjective. The manager is fired when Sethji tosses the tea at him and inquires about the task he assigned. He is asked by the management not to. Why does anybody need to be dismissed, wonders Bhim Rao. According to Sethji, Bhim Rao's sister-in-law hurt his wife. His wife was the first to assault, Bhim Rao wonders. Sethji would carry out his wishes.
Sethji informs that just one person will be employed here, either Bhim Rao or the manager. Vaijnath commends Sethji on his success. Vaijnath makes fun of the boss. Bhim Rao's commitment to helping others will be put to the test today. To demonstrate his point, he need to resign from his position. Who will quit the position, Sethji wonders. Bhim Rao chooses to quit his work. Vaijnath will inform everyone about Bhim Rao's generosity. He tells Bhim Rao to go and advises him to give up his desire in order to get employment. Before departing, Bhim Rao expresses his gratitude to Sethji for providing him with a seat in this office for the first time.
Tea is delivered to Vaijnath by Sethji's aide. Bhim Rao prepares to go by packing. Bhim Rao is stopped by the management, and he resolves to quit. It will be challenging for Bhim Rao, but the manager will obtain a new position. Bhim Rao cannot be fired by Sehtji; if he does, the management will take legal action. The manager gathers his belongings after spending one night learning a lot from Bhim Rao. The manager may be unable to aid Bhim Rao in his struggle, but she would do anything else. To stop the manager, Bhim Rao asks the Sethji.
According to Sethji, the higher caste has a difficulty when members of the lower caste raise their position. If the lower casts remain within their limits, he has no issues. Bhim Rao is instructed to take the chair outside by Sethji so that he may give him a lesson.
